Cross-SN: A Lightweight Authentication Scheme for a Multi-Server Platform Using IoT-Based Wireless Medical Sensor Network

Several wireless devices and applications can be connected through communication technologies to exchange data in future intelligent health systems (e.g., the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT)). Smart healthcare requires ample bandwidth, reliable effective communications networks, energy-efficient operations, quality service support (QoS). Healthcare providers host multi-servers ensure seamless services are provided end-users. By supporting a multi-server environment, medical sensors produce many transmitted via servers, which is impossible single-server architecture. To security, secure online must considered since sensitive. Hence, adversary may try interrupt transmission drop or modify message. Many researchers have proposed an authentication scheme data, but schemes vulnerable specific attacks (modification attacks, replay server spoofing Man-in-the middle (MiTM) etc.).
